Your character flips through the air as the next rooftop gets closer. One wrong move and the jump is over. In Rooftop Flip, getting across the gap is only half the job; you also need to land on your feet. Rooftop Flip is a 3D arcade game where you jump between buildings, pull off backflips, and collect coins along the way. A mistimed jump can end a run quickly, so getting the hang of the timing makes all the difference.
From One Rooftop to the Next
The game uses simple controls, but the jumps aren't always easy. Watch the directional arrow and click when it points toward the next building. Your character launches into the air, and you need to land on your feet to continue. As you play, you'll get a better feel for when to jump and how much time you have before hitting the rooftop.
Flip Without Crashing
Backflips are part of the challenge, but don't focus on spinning so much that you forget about the landing. Coins floating between buildings can be tempting, especially when you're trying to improve your score. Still, reaching the next rooftop safely should come first. A coin missed is better than a run cut short.
Controls
Left Mouse Button: Jump when the arrow is pointing in the right direction.
Mouse Click: Select options in the menus.
There aren't many controls to remember. Most of your attention should go toward the arrow, the jump, and where your character is going to land.
A Few Things to Try
Wait for a good angle before clicking instead of jumping as soon as you can. Give the character enough time to finish the flip, and don't chase coins if they pull you away from a safe landing. If you crash, try changing your timing on the next attempt.
